Balsa cores, solid-state and Li-ion batteries, and efficient pump-jet propulsion – all packaged into boards that can still be paddled and surfed when the power is off.
Drive System

- Top speed: ~25–35 km/h
- Operating voltage: low-voltage, rider-safe ranges
- Charging: compatible with 24–48V solar systems (via charger)
*Numbers are estimates based on current testing and may shift as we find what works best in real surf. The goal is reliability first, wild numbers second.
Repairable by Real Humans
Wherever possible, the system is being designed so that a competent tinkerer with basic tools can service it: replace a pack, swap an ESC, repair a hatch, check connections. No fully sealed black boxes that die after one bad wave.
As the design locks in, we’ll publish wiring diagrams, maintenance guides, and part references for owners who like to turn their own wrenches.
